Delivery Timelines

- Fast Delivery: Orders are delivered within 2–4 days, depending on your location.
No Returns, Only Replacements
We do not offer returns. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, you are eligible for a replacement.
Replacement Process
- To request a replacement, email us at support@skullmask.in within 5 days of receiving your order.
- Provide a video proof of unboxing, clearly showing the issue.
- If your claim is approved, we will replace the damaged product and include a free t-shirt as a token of apology.

- Size Selection: Please double-check the size guide before placing your order. We are not responsible for size-related issues.
- Unboxing Care: Ensure you open the package carefully. We are not liable for damages caused during unboxing, such as cuts from scissors or sharp objects.
